I would recommend the Cybershot, after doing some research on it myself it has the fastest shutterspeed. I would definitely avoid the Olympus. Many people also swear by Canons, I would tell you to narrow your search to the DSC-W120 (consider the 130, i forgot the price for that model however) and the canons, CNET has great reviews for cameras.
go to and see there budget camera test and you will find the answer. I will not tell you that the LZ8 wins it, find that out yourself …;-)
