Sony cybershot have high ISO’s but their performance is poor..
Some cameras which can take good low light pictures……
Nikon S700
Fujifilm 31fd
Fujifilm f40fd
To record videos in low light concert, you will need a professional camcoder. You cannot take good videos with these $100 digital cameras. Maybe not even the $400 Video camcorders that use Mini-Dv or DVD.
