What is the difference between sony cybershot DSC-t700 and sony cybershot DSC-t300? Can some one explain?

I bought T300 but recently they launched T700. I didnt like T300 because of its battery life and low picture quality, it doesnt seem like 10.1 MP neither its daul image stabilization work good.
Please help me find whether they resolved these problem in T700 or still lacking behind.
