The CZ lens isn’t much different than the lens that came with your camera, the 18-70 mm lens. The 18-250 mm lens is a great all around lens.
The other thing you can do, is buy a second lens for either landscapes and other subjects that need a wide angle lens to get the shot (DT 11-18 mm), or a longer telephoto lens so you can shoot sports, action and wildlife (75-300 mm).
