I have a Minolta 7000 which uses Sigma AF lenses, will these fit a Sony digital SLR?

I know that Sony took over Minolta and understand that Minolta AF lenses will work in manual mode, but will Sigma AF lenses work either in manual mode or AF mode?

The a100 and a700.
The lenses yo mention shold work in all focussing modes including af.
The sony alpha series cameras as will aftermarket lenses like your sigma.
