		<description>It happend to me as well. You have mentioned that it just keep displaying &quot;connecting&quot;. There is some option in that camera screen. Select the mass storage device. Your camera will connect after selecting that option.</description>

		<description>Try using a different USB port.  It&#039;s also possible that the cord you&#039;re using may not be making the connection.  Do you have a memory card reader in your tower?  If you don&#039;t then i&#039;d suggest getting an external sony memory stick reader and leave it on your desk.  You pop out the card and pop it into the reader.  As far as troubleshooting, it&#039;s between the actual USB port and your cord.

Didn&#039;t catch that connecting part but go with what the person below me said.  Personal experience takes the win.</description>
