How do I get my camera lens unjammed?

I have a Sony DSC-W120 Super SteadyShot. Yesterday, the lens seemed to get jammed all of a sudden. Seriously, I took some pictures, turned it off, then turned it back on five seconds later, but the lens wouldn’t zoom out.

Now when I try to turn on my camera, the lens tries to come out, then the display tells me to ‘turn the power off and on again.’ I can still access all other parts my camera, I have fully charged my battery about a thousand times, and there doesn’t seem to be any obstruction in the lens. Please help
