		<description>There isn&#039;t a lot that you can do, I&#039;m sorry to say. 

A person could attempt to find a movie editing software, break the video into frames and then pull a still frame of the movie and turn it into a .jpg image.... That would take some advanced editing and what I could only assume to be hours of frustration... Also the motion picture on a camera records, generally speaking, in a lower resoloution than what the camera captures a photograph at. What that means to you is even if you could take a still frame from a motion picture and some how turn it into a photograph I do not believe it would look very good.</description>
