Does anybody know how to change the shutter speed on a Sony W120 Camera?

I cant find anything about it in the instruction manual

    The Sony W120 model, being a digital point-and-shoot, does not have the feature known as “Shutter Priority”. Shutter Priority lets the user manually select the shutter speed and the camera then adjusts the ISO and aperature accordingly.

    The W120, like all other digital point-and-shoots, automatically adjust the shutter speed when taking a shot. So the shutter speed does in fact change, just not manually
