I need to upload more pictures and videos but when I hook everything up the computer shows no signs of the camera connecting and the camera screen just shows that it’s connecting (the arrows do not go around though) and it gives me a choice of how to connect, which has never happened before. I just usually use the auto connect using USB. I don’t know what’s wrong or what to do!
