I have a SONY CYBERSOT DSC-W120 and i accidently dropped it on the floor and now the lens won’t close and it just tells me “Turn off and on again your camera but it just shows a blank screen with that on it.

I read online the same questions from other people but don’t see a solution can you help me please?
You’ll need to get it repaired at a camera store or send it back to Sony.
