That’s not an error message I understand, what language are you using it in?
Anyway if your having problems where the flash refuses to function it might be an electronic failure like a bush capacitor or something, in which case its going to have to go back to Sony. Your best bet is if there is an independent camera specialist near you, go in and ask there opinion, it might just be a simple settings issue.
Try taking it back to see if it’s not some mechanical error (maybe not your fault). If you still have the receipt and it has a warranty on it, you might be able to get it replaced. That’s “por que” =]
